12-Month Full Replacement Warranty

Coverage Period

All Kilowatt HortiPanel products are covered by a full 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures that occur under normal operating conditions.

What's Covered

  • • LED light bar failures or performance degradation
  • • Power supply and electrical component defects
  • • Control module and dimming system failures
  • • Structural or housing defects
  • • Any manufacturing defect that prevents normal operation

Full Replacement

If your Kilowatt product fails during the warranty period due to a covered defect, we will replace the entire unit at no cost. No repair attempts, partial replacements, or refunds—just a complete replacement unit shipped to you.

What's NOT Covered

  • • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • • Water damage or exposure to moisture beyond normal humidity
  • • Damage from improper installation or electrical wiring
  • • Damage from operating outside specified voltage ranges (200–277V AC)
  • • Normal wear and tear after the 12-month period
  • • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance
  • • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

How to Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. 1. Contact Kilowatt support with your product serial number and proof of purchase
  2. 2. Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
  3. 3. Our team will assess the claim and approve replacement if covered
  4. 4. Ship the defective unit back to us (prepaid shipping label provided)
  5. 5. Receive your replacement unit within 5–7 business days of receipt

Warranty Registration

While not required, we recommend registering your Kilowatt product on our website within 30 days of purchase. Registration helps us track warranty coverage and ensures faster claim processing. You can register at any time using your product serial number.
